Our Returns & Exchange Policy

At P80 Parts in Austin, TX, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you need to return an item, please review our straightforward policy below. Our goal is to ensure a fair and efficient process for every customer.

Key Policy Details

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Condition: All items must be returned in new, unused, and unfired condition with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns for credit or refund.
  • Exchanges: We gladly offer free exchanges for a different item or variant, provided the return meets the condition requirements.
  • Defective Items: Any item confirmed to be defective upon receipt will be replaced with the same item at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required. Please do not ship any items back to our Austin warehouse without first contacting our team. To start the process, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. Our team, overseen by founder Derek Stone, will review your request and provide an RMA number and instructions. Derek’s hands-on approach ensures our policies are applied consistently and fairly.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Refunds, minus the restocking fee, will be processed to the original method of payment. For exchanges or defective replacements, we will ship your new item promptly upon completion of the return process.
